A New Design for 500 Places with Kids

Today I installed a new design for the travel blog, 500 Places with Kids. Anne, the blog's author, wanted browns and blues so that the blog would coordinate with her travel pictures. Since a lot of Anne's pictures were off her trip to the Grand Canyon, I decided to go with that theme in the header. I then continued the travel theme throughout the blog with a globe for the sidebar titles, a plane for the post divider, and suitcases for the signature and footer.

Reading Turkeys and Slideshows

Books with Bite has a new Thanksgiving look today:



Turkeys are avid readers, in case you didn't know. They have to do something to kill time until Thanksgiving, pun sort of intended, and the farmers aren't willing to install DirectTV in the barns. Books with Bite's new look also includes a turkey-themed signature so stop by and take a look.

Manic Mother Photography also has a new look today--the addition of a slideshow to her header:



The new header has three different slide spots that change at different intervals and showcase some of her work. Beth takes great photos so when you get a chance, check out her slides as well.
